  • ​Mood Swings: Fluctuating hormone levels can affect your mood, leading to increased irritability or anxiety.
Tips for Managing Hormonal Changes
  1. Stay Active: Regular exercise helps regulate hormones, boosts metabolism, and improves mood.
  2. Eat a Balanced Diet: Focus on nutrient-dense foods that support hormone health and provide sustained energy.
  3. Practice Mindfulness: Techniques like meditation and deep breathing can help reduce stress and improve emotional well-being.
