In Michigan, Physical Therapists have what is called Direct Access, meaning you are allowed to visit us for 21 days or 10 visits (whichever comes first) before requiring a prescription from your physician. The sooner you get in to see us, the sooner we can have you back on the road of recovery. We can determine, after a simple call, what your specific insurance guidelines are to ensure compliance.
