Youth Strength & Conditioning
Friday and Sundays Beginning 1/31 and 2/2
We are very excited to announce our new Youth Strength & Conditioning Program!
Our two trainers Andrew and Chris will be running an 8-week program for all kids ages 9-18!

Saturday, February 8, 10:30-11:30 am
In Kidding Around Yoga, Gwen will help lay a foundation for your child’s ability to be in tune with their bodies. Strength, flexibility, mindfulness and solid sport performance are key components that we will work on with this course. Yoga can help your child learn and develop body awareness, manage stress through breathing and movement, build concentration, increase confidence and instill a positive self image.
***Pre-registration is encouraged, if less than 3 kids are pre-registered class will not be held.
Meal Planning & Prep
Saturday, February 8, 1-3 pm
This course is the best solution for those who want to introduce meal planning into their everyday life. You will learn to plan, shop, portion and package food in a way that makes sense for you and your family. Instead of teaching what exactly you should eat, the instructor covers practical skills for meal planning and preparation.

Thai Yoga Partner Massage
Sunday February 9, 5-7 pm
Thai Yoga massage combines the deep, static and rhythmic pressure of a Thai Massage, with a variety of yoga-like positions, to stretch out tight muscles and relieve pain.
During this workshop our instructor, Katrina, will demonstrate Thai Yoga techniques so that each participant will have an opportunity to receive and give a massage.
Please bring a padded exercise mat, pillow, and wear comfortable, flexible clothing.
Make this a pre-Valentines date night, something to do as a mother/daughter, or just bring a friend!

Leap Year Buti Yoga
Sunday February 29, 3-4:30 pm
Amber will spend time going over alignment and cues in depth as well as explaining the healing intention behind the movement and pranayama.
