Are you struggling with poor results from generic workout and nutrition plans?

You are not alone. There are endless templates online that market life-changing results if you commit to their 12-week program. At the end of the program, you are left wondering what's next or feeling like you have to continue draining yourself with an unsustainable program. 

Some have great results from these programs. More often than not I have conversations with people who are defeated and feel like “they have tried everything”. 

You are an individual with unique experiences and needs. Following a cookie-cutter program for the masses isn’t going to teach you how to live a health-forward lifestyle if it doesn’t account for all aspects of YOU. 

How do you personalize your nutrition and exercise programs? 

Understand Where You are Starting
  • The plan you create cannot be dramatically different from where you are currently. This is the biggest precursor to failure. I have done this in the past and have seen many do the same. They see something or someone as the “ideal” and they believe that if they follow that ideal they will have the results they desire. What they don’t see is the countless hours and years that went into the development of that “ideal”
Identify the areas of Improvement 
  • What are two or three areas you could improve upon over the next 2-3 months? 
Create a Plan that aligns with your Goals 
  • Taking into consideration your starting point and areas of improvement you can now create a plan that has steps towards reaching your goals. Small steps are the key here. What changes can you make that will not easily get left behind or be too hard to commit to? 

Simple. Not Easy. 

Individual Design Coaching is what we do. Our team of Performance Coaches works with individuals daily to guide them toward their goals with personalized exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle programs. 

How do we do it? 
With the same steps I provided you, a lot of education, patience, and a passion for teaching you how to live the life you desire! 

Our first step is our initial consultation. Before developing a program we talk with our clients about their lifestyle, nutrition practices, and past and present exercise routines all to understand who they are as individuals. What do they struggle with? What motivates them? Where do they dream to be a year from now? 

Then we perform a movement assessment. This is the foundation for creating an exercise program that meets you where you are at. Exercise can be intimidating if you have never been in a gym before or do not feel confident in your physical abilities. Our goal is to create an environment that helps you grow, build confidence, and eventually flourish. 

Our coaches take everything they learned about you through the consultation and assessment process to create an exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle plan that seamlessly moves you toward your goals. We provide daily coaching both in-person and through our coaching application to deliver personalized programs and hold you accountable.
