This is our opportunity to sit down and get on the same page. Our team can provide you with the initial paperwork either on your first visit, or we can send it to you digitally to complete in the comfort of your own home. We will begin to build a relationship and partnership to improve your health and well-being. These sessions are our time to put our carefully constructed plan into action. You will work closely with our therapy team to determine your individualized needs each session. Our team works hard to communicate effectively with you so that you get the most out of each therapy session at PPP.
