My name is Austin Bruff and I am currently enrolled in the OPEX CCP program to become a Fitness Coach. My journey with fitness started when I was really young through sports. I played as many sports as I could including soccer, baseball, basketball, football and wrestling. I stuck with wrestling from the age of 7, all the way to graduating high school. My fitness and health journey took a screeching halt in college and it wasn't until 2020 that I rededicated myself to making healthier choices and moving consistently. Through this, I rekindled my love for movement and started to become the best “me” I could be. After reaching and then redefining my health and fitness goals, I realized I wanted to help others find enjoyment in movement and living a healthy lifestyle. My goal as a coach is to teach people the benefits of movement, good nutrition, and healthy lifestyle behaviors. |
