At Primary Prevention, our mission is to help athletes reach their fullest potential — not just in their sport, but in how they move, train, and perform in everyday life.
As the Strength & Conditioning Coach for Flushing Middle & High School, I’ve worked with over 500+ youth athletes across Genesee County. Our athletes represent a wide range of sports, including football, volleyball, baseball, softball, soccer, golf, swim, track, and cross country — with several going on to compete at the Division I level.
We prioritize long-term athletic development. That starts with mastering movement. Before increasing weight or intensity, we focus on proper biomechanics, coordination, and control to build a safe, efficient foundation. While absolute strength is important, we believe moving well matters more — and it’s what helps prevent injury and sustain high performance.
Our program is designed to:
Build strength, speed, and athleticism that translates to sport
Improve body awareness, mobility, and control
Reduce injury risk through smart progression and movement quality
Develop confident, resilient athletes on and off the field
Whether you’re aiming to make varsity, rehab from injury, or prepare for collegiate athletics, we meet athletes where they are and build them up the right way.
