As strength and conditioning coaches, our goal is to aid athletes in reaching their fullest potential both in their sport and off the field. We do this by developing proper movement patterns to ensure that athletes can progress through a strength and conditioning program as they are ready. While absolute strength is important, we place emphasis moving well before progressing with weight. We strive to keep athletes safe during both strength and conditioning sessions and during competition so that they are able to compete at the highest level possible without injury.
